Statement Submitted to DOT PHMSA on Enhanced Tank Car Standards and Operational Controls
Attached is the statement submitted late this afternoon to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration on its proposed enhanced tank car standards and operational controls.
We had a total of 16 state and regional agribusiness associations, as well as 14 national agricultural producer and agribusiness organizations, sign on.
