Grain Production Proficiency Award
The winner of the 2025 Grain Production Proficiency Award is Dallas Bomar from the Paris FFA Chapter. Dallas works for his family’s 3,000-acre diversified farm focused on wheat, corn, cotton, soybeans, and hay. He focuses on yellow corn and wheat production, and in 2024, planted 80% of the acres planted. Dallas is proud to continue his family’s farming heritage. Bomar will represent Tennessee at the National FFA Convention held October 29-November 1, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Future Farmers of America (FFA) extends its appreciation to the Tennessee Feed & Grain Association’s members for their investment in the future of agriculture. Agricultural Proficiency Awards honor FFA members who, through supervised agricultural experiences, have developed specialized skills that they can apply toward their future careers.
