About Us

Our Mission

Our mission is to further promote the interests of our organization and our members to the community. We strive to make a difference by educating the public and expanding our reach.

The Tennessee Feed and Grain Association is comprised of responsible members who promote and participate in the Feed, Grain, and Milling Industries for the general welfare of its members and their patrons. Annual Dues for membership are $110 per year.

The Association facilitates relationships among its members as well as securing and disseminating pertinent information which may be of interest and value to its members. The Association communicates with its members through newsletters, faxes, surveys, and here online at TNFeedAndGrain.org.

A major event for the Association is the annual convention. In 2007, the Tennessee Feed and Grain Association Annual Convention will be held on January 11 and 12 at the Embassy Suites in Memphis, Tennessee. This meeting is a valuable time of networking and information gathering for its members.

A major resource for the membership is the Association Directory which gives pertinent member information such as contact name, address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses. This resource is only available to members.

The Association works closely with its members as well as local, state, and federal government agencies and other national feed and grain associations to secure and enhance business opportunities for its members.

The Association encourages fair dealings, honest values, and the proper fulfillment of all obligations and contracts.

Finally, the Association works to promote cooperation and friendship between the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, the State Department of Agriculture, and its members.
